On Monday night for dinner we had made ham and cheesy potatoes. Knowing that Claire doesn't usually eat potatoes we made her carrots. Once she saw what mommy was eating, clear as day she said "I want some of that!" while pointing to Julie's plate. It is still surprising to us when she strings together words for the first time.
