Gentle

Everyday the number of words that Claire can mimic increases. And although we know that she probably doesn't know what she is saying half the time it is nice to know she is listening. This morning when I dropped her off at school her teacher said that she has started repeating a new word around the little babies, 'gentle.' It is what the teachers say every time one of the walking running toddlers gets near a baby who has just learned to sit up. Within 30 seconds of her teacher telling me this, she walked up to a 7 month little girl in her class and touched her head saying 'gentle.' Too cute.
