Candlelight Dinner for Three?

Much to our surprise after work today we arrived home and didn't have power (campus 0.3 miles away was unaffected). We stumbled around the house finding every candle, flashlight, and lantern to light the rooms Claire was playing in to the best of our ability. I played with Claire and Julie cooked a delicious linguini pasta with prosciutto and peas (the benefit of having a gas stove). And for the first time since Claire was born we had dinner by candlelight. Midway through the meal we had too switch to an electric lantern, it was too dark for Claire to see her puffs and yogurt bites. Luckily by 6:40pm the power was back on, just after our nice meal.

We were suppose to do her 9 month photos tonight but it looks like we will have to do them Tuesday. I did get a few photos tonight with the power out, enjoy.
