Claire at nine months:
- Weighs about 21 pounds.
- She wears size 4 diapers, we have switched to Wegman's diapers for daytime and Huggies overnights for bedtime.
- Eating more finger foods, she likes her yogurt bites and puffs. She likes to feed herself green peas, corn, and bit sized pieces of banana, watermelon, and cucumber.
- Learning how to wave 'goodbye'.
- Our house has turned into baby jail, with gates keeping her in and out of certain areas. She is very fond of making a b-line to an open gate to escape.
- Crawls all over the place and pulls up on everything. She likes to cruise along furniture and between her large toys.
- Still loves crawling up steps, at daycare she spends a lot of her day on the 'loft' - its three steps up to a landing and down a ramp. Claire loves making the circuit around the loft.
- Her monkey (thanks Kim) is her favorite stuffed animal, since dad makes it talk. And she loves her stacking cups.
- Loves to play peek-a-boo.
- She is consistently sleeping from 7:30pm at night to about 6:30/7:00am the next day and is taking two naps a day.
- Her hair is curling in the back, and you can see ringlets forming...especially after a bath.
- She has her two bottom teeth, and we think the top ones are coming in any day now.
