This weekend we celebrated Claire's 2nd Birthday with brunch at Grandpa & Grandma's house. The theme of the party was Elmo and Abby, Claire's favorite Sesame Street characters. Despite 'Nemo' threatening a major snowstorm, the weather cleared enough on Saturday to allow everyone to arrive safely. Aunt Sarah got the last flight out of Boston on Friday! Thankfully she was able to fly back on Sunday.
It is hard to pick out Claire's favorite part of her birthday party; she really enjoyed opening presents, playing with the balloons, eating cupcakes, having fun with family and friends, and hearing everyone sing her favorite song - Happy Birthday.
