2 Year Well Visit

On Monday Claire had her 2 year well check-up. She weighs 29.5 pounds (75th percentile) and is 36 inches tall (95th percentile). She is definitely a growing girl, wearing 2T-3T clothing.  She has gotten much better at going to the doctor, no more melting down or tears.  We think part of the improvement has come from the fruit snacks (Claire's favorite treat) we give her during the visit (she polished off 3 bags on Monday) and she knows there is a sucker from the nurse at the end.  I was concerned because this visit she would get a shot and she hasn't had one since her flu shot in September.  She handled it like a champ, she was upset for 30 seconds, then the nurse gave her a sucker and she was one happy girl.
