After a week of being with both sets of grandparents, Claire is adjusting to life back at home. Which means things like juice boxes, gummy fruit snacks, tractor rides, and on-demand Elmo DVD watching are no longer available. When she asks, we tell her they are at Grandma's house or Nana's house, and so far she is satisfied with that answer.
Claire's language has been exploding these last couple of weeks. It seems like everyday she is saying a new word. One of her new favorites is mine, Claire is very good at letting you know what is hers. She has also been very affectionate, giving random hugs and kisses. At daycare when one of the other children is having a rough day she gives them lots of hugs.
