Weekend at Nana and Papa's

All of us had an excellent weekend.  Cory spent the weekend fishing, and Claire and I spent the weekend at Nana and Papa's.  On Friday morning Papa came to down to watch Claire in the morning while I presented a workshop at summer orientation.  When Claire saw his car drive up the street she said 'Nana, Papa'.  She knows the car and went racing down the driveway to meet him.   

Friday night Claire played with the sprinkler and chased bubbles around the yard.  On Saturday Nana and I did some shopping and got Claire a doll stroller.  She was so excited to play with the stroller.  Mr. Monkey went in the stroller and went up and down the street multiple times.  Occasionally she would stop and check on Mr. Monkey giving him hugs and kisses.  Claire insisted that Papa follow behind with her stroller.   After her nap we all went to the town park to play at the wading pool and playground.  Claire enjoyed walking in the sprinklers and going through the tunnel on the playground.  On Sunday Cory joined us for dinner and Claire had 4 bowls of Nana's paella.
